تاثیر مخلوط گاز he-xe بر بهره تحریک در صفحه نمایش پلاسمایی و مقایسه آن بامخلوط گاز ne-xe وne-xe-ar

چکیده
درریز سلول های صفحه نمایش پلاسما[i] تصویر از طریق تحریک و یونیزاسیون مخلوطی از گازهای بی اثر[ii] تشکیل می گردد. بدلیل محدودیت در افزایش گاز xe، بهره لومینانس[iii] pdp نسبت به لامپ اشعه کاتدیک[iv] کمتر است. در این مقاله با استفاده از شبیه سازی یک ریزسلول ماتریسی نشان می دهیم که بهره تحریک مخلوط گاز he-xe از بهره تحریک مخلوط گاز ne-xe کمتر است. بر خلاف مخلوط گاز ne-xe اضافه نمودن گاز ar به مخلوط گاز he-xe تاثیر خوبی در روند بهبود بهره تحریک ندارد. اما با وجود برتری بهره تحریک مخلوط گاز ne-xe ، استفاده از مخلوط گاز he-xe در صفحه نمایشهایی که خلوص رنگ اهمیت دارد مناسب است. 1 plasma display panel 2 neutral gas 3 luminance 4 cathode ray tube 5 secondary electron
